This event offers an opportunity to hear from local businesses who will discuss their experiences of using electric vehicles as part of their fleets.
A ‘Question Time’ panel, chaired by Rob Pittam, of Robin Hood Media will discuss the business case for making the switch – real-world performance, energy and maintenance costs, charging infrastructure and the business benefits of using electric vehicles etc.
Panellists will include DG Taxis, Wego Couriers, Nottingham City Homes and Nottingham City Council.
The event also offers the opportunity to hear about: –
• Details of the support package available to local businesses including a £25k infrastructure grant, vehicle loans and free ‘Fleet Reviews’.
• Nottingham’s investment in electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
• Drinks reception, networking opportunity and chance to discuss your business requirements with specialist advisors.
Fully-funded places are available to any businesses in the Nottingham area that are actively considering shifting to the use of electric vehicles or other Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles. A limited number of places are available to organisations based outside Nottingham.
The event will take place at Nottingham Contemporary, Weekday Cross, Nottingham, NG1 2GB. The venue is easily accessible by public transport, including the Tram network and a number of public car parks are located nearby.
Drinks and a light buffet will be served at the Reception.
