DE-Carbonise Business – Don’t miss the Launch!
DE-Carbonise Business is currently seeking medium-sized firms that are ready to decarbonise their own operations OR that are willing to collaborate with their supply chains to make significant carbon emission reductions. Please see the promotional material attached.
This programme launches on 11 March 2020 at Lonsdale House in Derby and will provide workshops and 1:1 support for firms to implement their pro-environmental action plan over the coming year – all for free. Market Place opportunity – 3 March Derbyshire County Hall, Matlock
Derbyshire County Council are hosting ‘Tackling Climate Change Together’ at County Hall in Matlock on 3rd March. The Low Carbon Business Network has been invited to host a Market Place at this event for businesses that supply pro-environmental goods or services and who contribute to tackling climate change. If you would like to take a stall at this Market Place event at no charge, please email lowcarbonbusiness@derby.ac.uk by Friday 7th February.
Sustainable Manufacturing and Engineering Summit – 17 March, Derby Roundhouse

Energy Saving Driving – 19 March Lonsdale House
DE-Carbonise are hosting an event at Lonsdale House on 19th March with the Energy Saving Trust (EST) that will provide insight into low emission vehicle options, energy saving driving and help to reduce your organisation’s emissions from staff travel.

Low Carbon Home Builder Springboard – 26 March 8-10.15am Lonsdale House, Derby
In a slight change to our advertised schedule, we are hosting a special event on 26th March at Lonsdale House in Derby that focuses on the growing role that small developers have in building and retro-fitting energy efficient and carbon zero eco homes. We are delighted that Martin Valentine from Positive Homes, Richard Holmes from Third Stone and David Radley from BWB Consulting will be providing expert input.
