D2 Energy Efficiency

The D2 Energy Efficiency project will reduce the carbon emissions of business activities, products and processes by providing energy efficiency audits and grants (up to £15,000, Derby and Derbyshire only), alongside access to state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technical expertise to foster improvement and innovation. It is a three year partnership project between Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council and the University of Derby supporting business across the Region.

This profile is for the Councils’ energy audit and grants stream of D2EE support. We provide free-of-charge energy consultancy, including an energy audit of the business’ premises, to help reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions and bills. There are also grants of £1,000 to £15,000 on offer to assist with the cost of installing energy efficient measures.
