NTU are offering a series of Sustainability Round Table lunch events in February and March to show how NTU can support businesses implement Sustainability. Each Round Table has two events: 

The first event is an opportunity for you to network and share your business needs around sustainability and where there might be gaps in knowledge. The second event is for us to present a series of Bespoke Toolkits that contain knowledge and resources to assist you.

Sustainability and Inclusive Leadership (SAIL) – Nottingham Trent University – 24/02/2021, 02/03/2021 & 03/03/2021

Nottingham Trent University’s Sustainability and Inclusive Leadership  (SAIL) course is a great opportunity for participants to undertake carbon literacy training (certified by The Carbon Trust) to help businesses embed sustainability and low carbon for a sustainable business future. 

The next sessions are on: 24 February, 2 March, and 3 March and are free for SME’s in the D2N2 area. There is no limit to the number of participants from each business.

Business Resilience Online Workshops – EM Chamber – Various Dates

Times of change bring with them both challenge and opportunity. Following a year where businesses were challenged in ways many had never before experienced, the Chamber Day of Resilience will focus on supporting business with the practical skills, tools and knowledge required to make a success of the coming 12 months. Spread across a number of individual, bitesize workshops, attendees will gain an insight into how they can best prepare their own businesses in different areas of operation. Specific areas of focus include: Cyber resilience; Personal resilience; Managing risk; personal financial resilience; and more.
